Time to Indulge want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of items within 7 working days of delivery. This applies to all our products.
Please note, however, if a product has it's own seal, we cannot accept cancellations for any product where that seal has been broken or the product used (i.e. soaps, shampoos, nail products etc.)
To cancel this contract, please fill out the returns slip that accompanies your items, giving the reason for the return as "Contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. The return address is:

Alternatively, if you wish to cancel your order before it has been despatched, simply send an email to:
orders@timetoindulge.co.ukincluding the Order Number and the Transaction ID (these can be found in the confirmation email you will receive after placing an order) and stating your reason to cancel as "Contract cancellation". As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
